Today is Shrove Tuesday, a day to prepare our hearts for the season of Lent. Traditionally, Catholics would go to confession ("shrive" means absolution) and use up rich foods before the fasting season began. As we enjoy this day, let’s also take time to reflect: What is God calling us to in this Lenten season?
